• 1.5 teaspoons chipotle powder
• ½ tablespoon brown sugar
• ½ tablespoon chili powder
• ½ teaspoon ground oregano
• ½ teaspoon paprika powder
• ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2–3 pound pork shoulder
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 medium white onion, chopped
• 5 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 cup broth (any kind)
• ¼ cup orange juice
• fresh lime juice, for serving
• cilantro, for serving
- Corn salad
• Corn / 2 tablespoons lime juice
• ½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar
• Cilantro
• ⅓ cup red onion
• crumbled cheese
• ½ teaspoon paprika
• salt and pepper

• Tortilla chips
Steps
1. Combine spices for pork in a dry rub
2. Rub then Sear the pork
3. Onions on bottom, slow cook 8 hours
4. Combine ingredients for corn salad and cilantro lime rice
