Bourbon Garlic Cream Steak Sauce

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp butter
• 6 gloves garlic, 2 smashed 4 finely chopped
• 1/4 cup bourbon
• 1/2 cup chicken broth
• 1/4 cup heavy cream

Steps

- Reverse sear the steak
1. Sear off both sides for a couple of minutes, basting with butter and smashed garlic for 2 minutes
2. Put steak in the oven until center is 125 F
3. Add rest of the garlic to the pan, cooking for 30 sec to 1 minute
4. add bourbon until reduced by half
5. Add broth and cream until sauce is thick, 5-8 minutes
