• 2 tbsp butter • 6 gloves garlic, 2 smashed 4 finely chopped • 1/4 cup bourbon • 1/2 cup chicken broth • 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Reverse sear the steak 2. Sear off both sides for a couple of minutes, basting with butter and smashed garlic for 2 minutes 3. Put steak in the oven until center is 125 F 4. Add rest of the garlic to the pan, cooking for 30 sec to 1 minute 5. add bourbon until reduced by half 6. Add broth and cream until sauce is thick, 5-8 minutes
