• 650 g (23 oz) chicken fillet • 150 g (5.3 oz) sour cream • 300 g (10.5 oz) onion • 2–3 tomatoes (medium) • 3 garlic cloves • 2 tbsp sweet paprika • 1 tbsp flour • 1/4 tsp dill • vegetable oil (for frying) • salt (to taste) • pepper (to taste)
1. Mix flour with sour cream, add a little water and stir well 2. Chop vegg 3. Sear chicken until half-cooked, set chicken aside 4. Sauté onion 5. Add garlic 6. Add sweet pepper 7. Add tomatoes and stir 8. Add paprika 9. Stir quickly and splash some water so paprika doesn’t burn 10. Add chicken back in 11. Add water to cover 2/3 of the mixture 12. Simmer covered for 20–25 min 13. Gradually add sour cream–flour mixture 14. Add more mixture for desired thickness 15. Sprinkle dill if desired 16. Simmer until sauce thickens
