Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients

• 2 lb turkey
• sweet potato
• cauliflower
• 2 eggs
• bread crumbs
• feta
- Tzatziki
• 1 (32 ounce) container plain low-fat yogurt
• ½ English cucumber with peel, grated
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
• 1 clove garlic, pressed
• 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
• 1 tablespoon salt, or to taste
• 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
• 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest

Steps

1. cut potatoes and cauliflower
2. boil potatoes
3. In a bowl, mix turkey, bread crumbs, oregano, paprika, 2 eggs, feta, salt, pepper
4. make balls and sear in a pan (use non stick pan)
5. cook in the oven for 15 minutes
6. put veggies in at the same time and then turn up the temp once the meatballs are out
