Pan cooked Salmon

Ingredients

• Salmon
- Lemon dill cream sauce
• 2 tbsp butter / 2 garlic cloves
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1 lemon / lemon zest
• 2 tbsp dill

Steps

- Salmon
1. Heat a cast iron for 5 minutes
2. Salt and pepper salmon, cook on one side for 2 minutes
3. Flip and put in oven at 400F for 3-4 minutes
- Lemon Dill Cream Sauce
4. In a sauce pan, cook butter and minced garlic until fragrant
5. Add cream, cook at a gentle simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickens slightly
6. Remove from heat, add lemon, dill, salt and pepper, serve warm
