Mix until dough forms, cover in plastic wrap, and rest for 20 minutes 5. divide into 4-6 pieces, and using a pasta flattener flatten that thang (setting around 5 or 6) 6. Cut into circles - Dumplings 8. Mix filling 9. Put ball of filling, wet around the edges, then crimp that thang 10. To pan fry, put them in a pan in oil, let them cook for 2-3 minutes, put a lil water, cover and steam for 5 minutes, remove lid and let all water cook out
