• 2 1/2 tsp (15ml) - Vegetable Oil, Duck or Goose Fat or Beef Tallow (Per Mould) • 60g (2.1oz) - Plain (All Purpose) Flour • 3 - Whole Eggs • 150ml - Skim Milk • Seasoning To Taste
1. Heat oven to 425 F 2. Mix flour, eggs, and 1/3 of the milk, then whisk in the remaining milk. Then add salt 3. Add 2 tbsp oil per bin in a muffin pan, and then put into the oven until hot 4. Pour batter, bake for 20-25 minutes
